We are two commercial real estate professionals that become part
of an organization’s long term executive team to minimize occupancy
cost and insure tenants have every advantage in the market place
when a securing lease, whether renewing a lease at an existing
location or relocating to a new site. We enable our clients to sit
at an even negotiating table with Landlords and Seller.
Sheryl Mazirow CCIM - Founder & President
Sheryl Mazirow, CCIM is President and founder of Mazirow
Commercial, Inc and brings 30 years of expertise in Tenant Representations Services
to the table.
Ms. Mazirow has been recognized as a “Women of Influence in Commercial
Real Estate in Southern California by
Real Estate Southern
California Magazine, as well as awarded the
San Fernando Valley Business Journal
Executive of the Year award, and
Woman of the Decade award.
Ms. Mazirow also holds the coveted Certified Commercial Investment Member
designation from the CCIM Institute,
which less than 1% of the world commercial real estate professional
achieve. Ms. Mazirow spent 20 years at a national real estate
firm gaining invaluable experience.
Jeff Baum - Senior Vice President
Jeff Baum career was initially in the newspaper industry, where
valuable experience in problem solving and communication skills were
acquired. Today these acquired skills coupled with a strong work
ethic and market expertise in the representation of client’s,
whether they are leasing or purchasing office space result in the
most aggressive lease packages or purchase contracts the market will
bear.
Mr. Baum brings an expertise of working with Tenants who have multi market requirements, most recently securing four separate locations for a client. Additionally Mr. Baum has an expertise in working with Doctors and addressing the unique office needs of the medical profession.
Mr. Baum has devoted his time to be a Rotarian as well as being
involved with the San Fernando Valley Jewish Federation.
